Newton Hall - The Newton Hall mansion, built in 1772, is one of Northumberland’s finest historic homes, a Grade II listed country house. In July 2010 a full renovation of the property was undertaken. The property had stood empty for some time and was in a poor state or repair. Careful consideration for the renovation was needed, especially the use of green technologies, particularly as the listed nature of the building prevented traditional energy conservation measures being considered.
Ulgham Park Farm - incorporating an oak sun room, indoor swimming pool extension, along with the conversion of the outbuildingings into a gym and cinema room. All heated from a ground source heat pump, heat recovery system and solar thermal panels.
